Buses

We are partnering with ECS Transportation for our transportation. They are very committed to safety and security, using only buses that meet all Federal and State Department of Transportation requirements. They provide comfortable, reclining seating with Restroom, USB Charger ports at all seats, DVD Player, and Overhead storage for personal belongings.

Payments

Deposits are $50 (refundable) to reserve your spot for a trip. Final payment are due 21 days prior to the trip for day trips, and 30 days prior to the trip for overnight trips. We are unable to hold a spot on a trip without a deposit.


We understand that things come up, and plans may change. If you need to cancel we will offer you a full refund as long as we we are not within 21 days of the trip. Due to game ticketing and bus contracts all sales are final 21 days prior to the trip.  Please note that all refunds take 5-7 business days for processing. This is the PayPal policy.


We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express on our website or over the phone. We also accept PayPal, Checks or Money Orders. All payments must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the trip. There are no cash transactions on the Bus.

Pick Up/Drop Off Locations

We will offer several pick up/drop off locations throughout CT, attempting to provide the most convenient locations for our travelers to meet up. Our exact locations for pick up will be determined on a trip by trip basis based on final destination, and where our travelers' are located. We cannot wait for passengers at scheduled locations for longer than 15 minutes


Some of our pick-up locations will include - Bristol, Branford, Manchester, Meriden, Milford, Norwich, Shelton, Waterbury

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is allowed on all of our trips, unless specified. By law you must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol on the Bus. Small coolers will fit on the bus, large coolers will have to be stored underneath the Bus. Coolers may not be kept in the aisles while traveling, or on seats if we have a full Bus.

Itinerary

RJ's Tours will provide a full trip itinerary via email no later than 14 days prior to the trip. This will include all pick up times, and locations, including an address of the pick up location. The time of the game or event. How soon following the game we will be leaving, and any other pertinent information which may pertain to the upcoming trip.


Our trips will be interactive with games, prizes, and raffles for those that are interested in participating. We will provide snacks and soft drinks to everyone to and from the destination.

Cancellations

We do not plan on canceling any Trips but we do have a minimum number of travelers required for each trip to occur. If any trip is canceled by RJ's Tours you will receive a full refund. 


If a trip is canceled by the Bus company due to weather you will receive a full refund. 


FAQ

Q - When will we receive the tickets to the game?

A - All game/event tickets will be handed out on the Bus. The tickets cannot be mailed.


Q - Are ticket upgrades available?

A - This is based on the event & ticket availability. If you are interested in a ticket upgrade please message me directly and I will look into it.


Q - Can we bring food on the bus?

A - Yes, absolutely


Q - Do you offer soft drinks?

A - We will have a cooler with cold soft drinks and water on the Bus. We will not provide alcohol on the Bus, but you can bring your own.


Q - What are your free raffle prizes?

A - This will differ on a trip to trip basis but some items include - team merchandise, tickets, gameday experiences, gift cards, free trips with RJ's Tours


Q - Will there be a Tour Guide on the trips?

A - Yes, all trips will have a Tour Guide


Q - What are "Gameday Experiences"

A - A Gameday Experience includes having access to the field or court before or after a game. These are not currently offered by all teams, and are often determined by the amount of total tickets we have for the trip. We work with all venues and teams trying our best to acquire these experiences for our groups
